Running Coaching

Whether you’re training for a 100 meter dash, mile, 5K, 10K, marathon, a multi-sport event, or simply want to begin running, succeeding requires a balance of many factors. These include training and rest, strength and flexibility, and DIET. It can be difficult to train on your own without knowing what to do, how much to do and when to do it and how to refuel after your workouts. All levels of runners can benefit from working with a coach… from beginners to elite athletes!

I have been running for over 16+ years. I am a coach and program director with Fleet Feet Sports and helps runners of all levels achieve their goals from 5k-1/2 marathons. I can put together a comprehensive, individualized training program for you based on your specific needs and goals. 

In-Person Coaching – For athletes in the Bergen/Morris/Hudson County, NJ or Orange/Rockland County, NY area, I am available for private coaching sessions in addition to program creation. Please contact me directly via email, for rates.

“Virtual” coaching – first month includes initial phone consultation and full training plan with holistic monthly check ins – $160 for first month, subsequent months $130.
